These guys are awesome. We called them on a Friday, they showed up with a crew Monday, a week before Christmas nonetheless! They painted our 3-bedroom home in 4 days, it was amazing. We had to move in very quickly, and I am so very thankful Eamon and his crew came to our rescue.

Eamon and his foreman Jorge are some of the nicest people you will meet. It was extremely easy to work with them. They listened and made smart suggestions and did a wonderful job painting the whole interior of our house. They are hardworking and always had a smile on their faces. Very professional and finished on-time as promised. We highly recommend them for any interior or exterior painting!

Eamon and his team did a great paint job on our condo. We had one major patch of water damage, a closet that we had torn up, a bunch of areas with cracks and chips, and some rooms that needed complete repainting. He took care of all of them with a great result. The water damage and closets were particularly impressive - we thought we'd have to get a contractor and then a painter, but his team took care of the issues completely. He also fixed some outdoor trim.
To top it all off, Eamon helped us out when our heater system gave out just after his job ended and we were out of town and had tenants moving in shortly. He came back to our place and tried to work with the heater to get it restarted. This was a really nice thing for him to do, completely out of his job description.
Finally, Eamon is a super nice guy to work with! We'll hire him again for sure.

I could not be more pleased with Kavanagh. They patiently worked through our color selection with a bunch of technical curve balls (is that metal, stucco or wood? there is missing trim, can you add trim before you treat it?) and helped select final paint and type based on our needs. Their prep work was amazing on our ancient, peeling house. And every day the job was left completely clean. The house looks great and the crew was a dream to work with.

Eamon is my former landlord. Not only was he the best landlord I've had (literally) but he also is the best painter anybody can get.
After we moved out to the place we had just bought with my wife, we hired Eamon to take car of the painting. We felt we had to because we liked him so much.
Anyway, his prices were reasonable, he and his team did a fantastic job at our place and he worked really fast (2 days to from start to finish to paint the whole hous).
I can't recommend him enough and I'll be sure to give him a call when we need some touch ups.

My partner and I just completed a huge 2-unit building that required a complete gut and remodel. The last and major item was interior and exterior painting. We had a major time line deadline but could not compromise quality; we had invested too much. Eamon was very honest in giving us a quote for the work to paint the outside of our 110 year old Victorian house. We thought we needed a lot more done, but he showed us that less work was needed than we had planned. His team was polite, efficient and best of all clean! They pressure washed the outside and cleaned up all the residue that SF homes collect. They fixed a few spots of rot in a way that would make my carpenter brother proud. Eamon helped pick colors that made the existing ones 'pop' perfectly. Now that I've seen their work on the outside, I'm looking forward to having his team do the inside of the house too! I began working with Eamon Kavanagh about 5 years ago, when a girlfriend highly recommended him to bid the exterior paint job on my home in Noe Valley. His bid was competitive, fair and without compromise of quality products. The work was impeccable, and the crew was delightful, professional and very tidy. Since then Eamon has done the rear exterior and deck of my home, an outdoor garden room and most currently the main level of the interior of my home.
